Yes to both - I have definitely improved my basic excel and communication skills, but have learnt a lot about the running of the business through my day job and networking!
I have really enjoyed my time on this programme so far - it's a huge advantage to be able to learn on the job
At first it was a challenge to manage my apprenticeship workload alongside my day job; but that quickly changed once I became comfortable with my day job and schedule!
I receive a lot of support from my seniors & peers - I have had training on various relevant topics with my manager, and am always allowed time to complete my work. I have also been afforded a variety of interesting off-site opportunities
Multiverse have been extremely attentive - my coach is very friendly and flexible around my workload, which really put me at ease
It has been so beneficial to apply my learnings to my work, and to be able to practice real life examples of some of the topics in my course
Plenty - Merchandising are a particularly sociable group, and we have fairly regular socials; our 5th Floor office recently started a 5-a-side Football team also
Yes
as well as being a beautiful & historic head office in a great central London location, it is a workplace with a real culture of hard work and support - I definitely feel appreciated for my hard work here more than other places I have worked!
If you make it to the assessment centre, defiinitely get stuck in! Let your personality show, make sure your opinion is heard and show how well you can collaborate with others.
