    • Not organised to well due to Skill net having so much turn over in staff however company wise great

    • I revive full support from my managers and peers

    • Apprentice programme is well funded and allows me to learn to my full capabilities

    • With the skills and knowledge I feel comfortable to carry work out on customers vehicles with satisfaction that I know it did it well
