Networking skills is something new that i learnt and developing time management skills
it's sometimes challenging and to prioritize and reprioritize tasks are key. but i like the challenge, there are a lot to learn.
it is well structure with BPP with set target.
i get a lot of on the job support along with time of for my learning with BPP.
we have regular weekly webinar for the course and my coach is very helpful and supports as i need.
i guess the qualification promotes the professionalism while job role is not always same as what i learn with the training provide. I work in a regulated filed.
yes, we have various network teams with the apprentices, analyst and associates. we have various invites with the external firms and internal social events.

it has a good culture and it values individuality of everyone. i also think they pay well.
