Very much. I would recommend this programme to anybody who is a self-starter eager to explore anything and everything.
It is very up to the apprentice to structure their programme with BT. QA has it very well-organised. BT is building more structure right now.
A lot, if I ask for it. But it's hard to know what support is out there/to ask for when you're new.
Incredible support. I have a dedicated skills coach and the training provider themselves frequently put in check-in sessions with learners especially at L6.
I immediately get to compare theory to reality in the business, and try theory out in my own practice what I believe to be a safe learning environment in the workplace.

There are ample opportunities to pursue to develop as an academic, a professional, and perosnally.
You have to stay organised or else everything will fall apart. Keep in mind your long-term strategy, and BT's long-term strategy and values.
