In my current role I have Overall responsibility of the Service departments for the North-western Region of Motus commercials which include, Stoke, Macclesfield, Wrexham and Deeside depots, within this role I ensure the customer satisfaction, financial performance, business development, relationships and staff recruitment and retention
I have learnt new management skills and behaviors that have helped me progress in my role
i have now changed the way i approach management and dealing with situations
despite a slow start and change of tutor it was well structured
my employer supported me all the way and gave me time to complete tasks
a lot of support was given by LSP especially when things were stacking up
by allowing me to apply skills learnt in my role and look at things from different angles
we have a work football team

the opportunities are endless and the routes of progression allow all employees to progress through the business
