I work in the Training and Sale Support department and within my role it includes, training the new employees to understand our data systems and help those who are are confused with a certain procedure in the system. Sale Support is helping other departments with their workload.
I have learnt new excel skills such as, how to use pivot tables and VLookUp. Working in this role I have become more confident when working with different colleagues and sharing my input in meetings.
I am really glad that I applied for this program especially because of the role I choose and the department I work for.
I think it is organised and structured well, as there is a good balance between apprenticeship work and actual work.
I receive a lot of support and whenever I am stuck on somethin they are always willing to help.
My training provider are always quick to answer any queries I have.
I think they help in providing me different skills to bring to my department.
We have cohort events that are run by our Human resources department and there are also events that we can attend by our training provider.

They are a good company to work for as they care about your wellbeing. Christie's strive on different ways they can constantly improve themselves. Also, you do not get to see the most amazing pieces of art like you do at Christie's everyday.
I would recommend researching the company before applying, as it will give you more of an insight on what Christie's are dedicating there work towards both externally and internally.
