My roles includes completing processing tasks to help support the billing process as well as the background operations of live projects and deals.
I have learnt many new skills such as efficient problem solving and timekeeping as well as further developing my existing skills like communication and teamwork.
I enjoy the apprenticeship programme as it allows me to study and work in a professional environment at the same time. I am able to learn about more in depth topics through revision that also can apply in my job role which greatens my knowledge and understanding.
My programme is well structured as I have a call with my development tutor every 5 weeks and have revision sessions for exam modules every 3 weeks during the relevant time period.
I receive support from my employer when allowing to complete any apprenticeship work in any spare time or being able to have a study afternoon/morning near the time of an exam.
I receive support when attending revision sessions provided by the training company for the exam modules.
There are some topics that are applicable to both the programme and my role that allow me to perform better as my understanding is greatened.
There are numerous opportunities for extra-curricular activates at work through apprentice meet ups and sessions, as well as external networking opportunities.
