My role includes client facing tasks such as working at the Front Desk and Collections desk, the remote tasks include answering emails and client calls, as well as Auction estimate requests.

Yes, I have learnt excellent client service skills and various other skills outside my department.

I enjoy my programme moderately, I find that my apprenticeship work doesn't relate to my job too much. I also find that due to my department being busy I miss out on some opportunities.
