My role involves cleaning the workshop in the morning to making it tidy then I work with a technician and learn how to do the job they are doing and why they are doing it and complete all the college work I got sent to help my understanding.
I have learnt different things, but mainly better hand skills with tools and more knowledge on truck parts and the way they run.
I really like my programme and where I work because everyone is nice and happy to help me when I am struggling with things.
I think the programme is run very well, because we cover all different areas we need to know.
I get all the help I need from my employer.
Full support.
