My role is audit associate and my day to day work as an audit associate is to learn to adapt to the PwC audit system-Aura, help my team with tasks during different audit stages.
Yes. I enhance my maths and English ability. I learned how to manage multitask and be more productive during work.
I find it very meaningful to study towards ACA, I learned quite a lot of knowledge about tax, accounting and law of the UK. I can better adapt it to my day to day work.
My pathway is work and study. Which means I will be work on the client side during busy season and when there are not much tasks at work, I will have the chance to learn ACA, and enhance my professional knowledge.
I have plenty of support from my work and Kaplan both. I am able to leave work around 5:30pm even during busy season. Also my colleagues are super helpful, they are all willing to share skills and experience regard how to pass exams.
I always have a lot of support from my training provider. We have a quarterly call to check up on my progress and also I have inclusion review to make sure I can keep up with the pace.
My qualification definitely helps me perform better in my role. We saw the professional knowledge I can better understand my day to day tasks and respond to a more effective way..
Yes of course. My company we always organise meals or drinks out my colleagues. This is a great chance for me to get to know each other.
