I am currently working in power electronics, this consists of me designing, testing, and debugging circuit boards.
I have been provided with extra training to support my job, as well as mentorship and teaching from colleagues and the University.
I enjoy the practical on the job learning, and the ability to apply my learning from university into my work.
There is a clear learning plan and structure to how we will go about it.
I have a mentor who pushes my knowledge and supports my learning.
The University of Warwick have a great range of resources available to support my learning; both virtual and physical. As well as high specification labs.
The first 2 years of my course are general engineering qualifications which support my growth. And then the 3rd and 4th year I am able to specialise in my electronics pathway.
I play Lacrosse for the university first team and I also do boxing at the university.
