Monday- at collage doing HNC course Tuesday - day release working, going around different placements. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - In collage workshops to improve and gain tooling knowledge
developed my skills when working with tooling. Developed my skills when working in a group
its fun learning about everything but sometimes it can be a bit much
apart from the day release its quite organized
able to talk to employer easily and support is given when required
support is given to push us in the right direction but it could be more clearer
it makes me able to understand the more technical area easier
events have been promoted but not all are mandatory

they are able to provide education on everything that they do and have some good people to learn from
you don't need to fully understand what they do as they will happily educate you on everything they know
