The program has been enjoyable so far. There is a variety of activities. Although some pdf activities need to be downloaded to complete.
The program is well organized with monthly face to face check-up meeting and activities split into different folders to complete on certain months.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. For example I can receive extra training if I need help with certain topics
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. I am able to contact them with any issue through email, the aptem app or phone call.
I am able to recognize the theory behind an activity or task. This helps me work more efficiently as I am able to see why the task is important.
Although I haven't involved myself into any extra curricular activities yet, I know there is a lot. Such as working with charities to sports teams.
