Dealing with customers on shop floor with product queries, orders etc. Replenish stock, keep areas tidy, make sure stock priced at location.
I have developed existing skills to maintain my eagerness to learn and help my colleagues within the store.
The programme was excellent, well structured and easy to follow. This made it a happy, positive experience.
It was very structured/organised, no repetitive work and the workload just flowed from one section to the next.
Although I did not need much support from employer I was very confident that i would have had the support if needed.
The visits to the store were monthly and this was excellent at keeping you on track. The support I received from the lifetime trainer was second to none.
Although I had 10 years retail/customer focused experience prior to this qualification it was still beneficial to complete the qualification as it was specific to my job role within my store.
There is always opportunities to get involved in within our store. We have had walks and theatre trips.

good working environment with the option to progress to a higher level within retail.
Every day is a learning day and never to expect to know everything.
