I answer the phone to book and arrange viewings. I update the window cards, submit properties to social media and some general admin.
I have learnt how to the process of selling a property. The skills involved within the process are what I am currently learning. So far I have learnt what documents are required and the things which are required when selling a property.
I especially enjoy catching up with my colleagues who are working towards the same qualification. This is because we are able to share our own individual experiences of working within our office.
It is well organised, however when I first started the job as an apprentice I had very little knowledge. I feel that it would have been better if we had learnt more before actually joining the job.
we get feedback for all of our assignments, however, the feedback is often given last minute not really giving sufficient time to make any new drafts before the next assignments are given. This is more annoying when you have waited a week or so for feedback.
The training is helpful but it is very slow and dragged out. This means some of the modules my colleagues think I have covered, we have not and possibly haven't done for several months after joining.
yes but not very often
Yes
Savills are very happy to help and support any needs which you may have. They are always pushing for everyone to be the best they can possibly be.
