  • The tasks I undertake vary significantly from day to day. My role includes a varied workload covering a range of consultancy services, management, valuation, and transaction advisory whilst allowing me to specialise within a singular asset type. The role includes a healthy mix of work in/out of the office

  • Learning through carrying out work has allowed me to develop both personally and professionally

  • I thoroughly enjoy the exposure to a wide range of work types and clients my apprenticeship affords me.

  • There is a clear structure and pathway to professional accreditation

  • The support from my team and the Savills' internal training team is excellent.

  • The scheme provides you with a degree however the level of support from the training provider is weak at times

  • The qualification has provided context to my day to day role

  • There are plenty of opportunities however, these aren't apprentice specific

  • Yes

  • Working for Savills provides you the opportunity to learn directly from market leading industry experts across all property types. Internal training and support with regards to professional accreditation is exceptional.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
  • The application process has changed since I started therefore, my only advice is general. Take a detail oriented approach to any application having regard for the specificities of each apprenticeship. If curious about a role reach out to a Savills apprentice on linkedin who will likely provide you with insight
