I have enjoyed the programme a lot as of my first full year in Savills. It has provided me with a greater understanding of the property industry than I thought I would have at this moment in time.
Programme is very well structured, constantly having meetings with the UCEM Officers and line managers check up on both uni and work tasks.
Savills provide lots of support whether it is with both uni or work. The My Learning site is very useful for this.
I receive a sufficient amount of support my line manager has always offered to read my assignments before submission to make sure they are to the highest standard possible
It provides you with a basic understanding of the essential elements in the industry.
There are constantly networking drinks, due to the lack of apprentices in Savills at the moment in comparison to the graduate programme the apprentices tend to join the graduates.
