Building great customer relationships, gaining their trust by having a genuine interest in their individual needs. Gathering information to understand customers’ requirements and offer solutions. Maintaining a detailed knowledge of the financial services product range. Identifying any possible complaints, resolving them swiftly or raising complex matters to our specialist teams
Resilience, patience and hard work to achieve quality results while answering a high level of calls confidently and efficiently. Strong multitasking skills, allowing me to navigate different systems and process information while talking to customers
In terms of my apprenticeship, it has been super great so far and have learnt a tremendous amount of knowledge and built my skill sets to a high degree.
The program modules are useful and interactive . There are regular meetings and feedback from the manager.
Good leadership and the change in working from home option is a great change for my personal lifestyle.
Training coach is very helpful, regular meetings and live sessions are conducted. Every communication is mailed with detailed information.
The training and the nature of the job goes hand in hand where I can practically apply the skills learnt to my job.
We have so many opportunities to take part in different networks and the bank emphasizes on Climate change and ways to be involved in it. Also there is a multicultural network team which is highly inclusive and diverse

It is definitely a healthy environment to work where once can have a better work life balance, also the opportunities provided within the bank is awesome.
