I am an Associate in the Financial services and work in the auditing department. I am also studying for my ACA and spend time in college. My first year has beeN focused on auditing and balances. This involves working on company balance sheets and identifying profit. I hope to progress within the company.
I've developed key accounting and auditing skills and have learnt a lot through the ACA course.
The school leavers scheme at Deloitte is fantastic and gives me both corporate experience and classroom training I hope to be qualified in 4 years and will hope to continue in Deloitte
Very. Managers are good at checking in and your given lots of responsibility early on. I feel I am treated the same as any other employee in terms of the work given to me but have the added support to allow studying etc
It's a fairly new scheme and the company is developing it as it goes but the initial induction and training courses have been really well planned.
Very supported. I have a buddy and an appraiser as well as my manager meaning many different people to turn to for support I also have the support of the rest of my year group

Basic salary and benefits package with the potential for increases. Also if travel is needed this is expensed.
Lots of opportunities for charity work and events and also some internal training events. I'm lucky to be in an office with a few other school leavers and some graduates so it's quite social after work.
