  • I support operations with all manner of HR processes, such as ER, performance management and talent.

  • I have learned throughout my apprenticeship journey how to perform in my current role, which I began 4 months ago. Employment law has been the most beneficial so far.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed the areas that have been most relevant to my role, such as employment law.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It has been challenging, as our tutor changed numerous times throughout the programme. This has led to a lack of communication and confusion for the cohort during particular periods. My LDC has remained the same, and has supported the structure for myself personally.

  • My employer has been supportive throughout the process.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My LDC has been excellent in remaining in communication and offering further external reading etc.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that some of my learning will help me in particular ER scenarios. It has helped me to understand external companies and alternative approaches.

  • Bi-monthly team meetings with socials. Quarterly HR networking events.

  • A progressive employer that remains focused on developing all individuals. Very supportive of my professional ambitions.
