My role involves handling the accounts of clients that Savills manages making sure that any details that need processing in relation to their accounts is handled correctly.
I have developed a key understanding of property management within the business and learned a lot of different IT skills that i could see being useful in life.
The job itself is actually quite rewarding and enjoyable as a whole so I feel like any word I do is valued by the company even though I am learning on the side.
The programme in place for my apprenticeship is done really well as it allows me to work at my own pace making sure that I am learning the skills effectively.
My employer is ready to support me at every step and is always ready to step in if need be which makes me feel less pressure about the experience.
The training provider Savills has picked is always giving support when I need it and it allows me to fix on any weak areas I may have on my course.
When I started my apprenticeship I started noticing a lot of information that crossed over from what I was learning to what I was doing in my role so this helped to develop an understanding of the processes Savills uses.
There is always something going on at Savills which makes it so that you can have a good work to life balance within the company,
