Breakdown Maintenance technician looking after plant tooling, machinery and manufacturing lines.
Many new skills learnt provided through onsite and offsite training as well as on the job training.
Due to job role everyday is different which I enjoy about the role.
Work really organized whereas college could be improved.
Support always given and offered.
When working on assignments most lecturers offered support and gave sufficient class notes to aid, whereas on other qualifications timely meetings and face to face support can be harder to arrange.
Different training provided to what is required at work. Most beneficial training has come from my employer.
