Dealing with customers, working stock, customer orders, store tidying, training, contacting trade customers, making sure the store is safe to be shopped in.
I have learnt lots of new skills such as advanced problem solving, organisation. I have leant to drive a forklift and also two other type of equipment that is used daily.
I enjoy learning new things about my job and how to use them day by day, I enjoy getting time to complete tasks to make sure the store is running as well as can be
the structure is well organised and easy to follow it is set out so you can pick and choose which assignments you do at which time as long as its done before the due date
Everyone is store is very supportive from other CA's to the unit manager everyone is there for each other
The training provider keeps regular contact with me via email to make sure everything is ok, if i have any problems they will be one email away from helping
As I am learning it is making me understand more about jobs higher up the store such as a team leader, it makes me want to push on and get to that next step
in terms of outside of work our store is quite low in that area we don't have any sports teams, we do a our own social media network that anyone can use to keep contact from people in your store or any store in the country
