My role involves designing a High level design document/solution for BT's clients. This involves speaking to the client, getting their requirements, current network infrastructure, and budget.
Yes. I learnt skills such as communication, network fundamentals, teamwork and presentation skills.
The on the job side of the apprenticeship isn't very structured, but the University is really good.
