My role is Partner Marketing apprentice. In my role I work with our vendors to deliver internal and external marketing. This includes getting sponsorship for events, creating campaigns and arranging incentives as just a few of my tasks.
One of my new skills I have learnt is presentation skills. I didnt have to do much presenting in my previous roles but have done a lot of this in my new role and have flourished. This ties in directly with my communication skills which have developed massively.
I have really enjoyed both the social and professional aspects of this programme.
My programme is very well organised and I know exactly what is happening, what is coming next and when things are due.
My manager has been absolutely incredible and is always on hand when I need her but also gives me enough independence to develop whilst I work. They also trust me enough to let me take lead on major projects.
My training provider is always on hand whenever I need her and is happy to answer any questions I may have.
My qualification helps me a good amount within my role as it helps me to understand other aspects of the business.
There are a huge number of societies and groups within the business that are amazing.
