My job role on a a day to day basis starts from welcoming customers in to our store to taking payments, making amendments to their holidays, finding holidays for customers and booking their dream holidays!

I have learnt many new skills, everything i know today from systems to destinations has all been learnt since i started here at TUI. It has massively grown my confidence and I now know so much more about travel.

I love the programme I am on! It helps my knowledge and my abilities and I a supported massively from my apprenticeship coach and managers in store

We have things such as educational trips we can go on where we an o and gain first hand experience by visiting destinations with work and taking part in excursions in all these places. We have go to travel events which our store goes to often which has all information on the different countries they are being hosted by.

Yes

TUI is a really good company to work for. There are opportunities to grow and take up different roles throughout the business from travel advisor, to cabin crew, rep or head office, it offers a job role for everyone. For me TUI has taught me so much and really helped me grow as a person

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?

Be confident and make sure to just enjoy the process because it is a good company to work for.
