1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day basis is speaking to customers and asking them what the problem is and how we can help. Doing the deals on the window and doing booking checks.

I have learnt a lot of new skills on how to deal with some situations and how to use the booking system.

I love every second of my apprenticeship everyone is understanding and i am learning a lot of new things every day.

It is organised and my assessor is very helpful if i need more work.

My employer always help me with my course work and check it before i sent my work over.

My trainer is always giving me support with my work.

I think i am getting on very well and i enjoy it so much

I get in with the extra activities and help when we have schools into store.
