On day to day basis i have to provide excellent customer service using the knowledge I have and gain more everyday. I also have to use the systems and sources available to me
Yes I have gained more confidence since I started this apprenticeship. I also gained more knowledge around geography
I enjoy working with my team and I am grateful for the support I get from my team. I wish there was more face to face meetings with the assessor
I receive loads of support
My eployer always makes sure I get enough time off the shop floor to study
