My day-to-day tasks consist of answering queries in our inbox, management of our spread sheet which includes the onboarding of apprentices and managing apprentices progress. I also manage our apprentice social media accounts and our website, ensuring our apprenticeships are promoted on all platforms.
Yes absolutely, my communication, presentation, organisational, time management and confidence have improved.
I really enjoy my programme, both my employer and my training provider are very encouraging and supportive.
I understand completely what i need to complete and when i need to complete it by.
My employer are extremely supportive to not only my studies but also developing me in my role. I couldn't ask for more.
My training provider and consistent with checking up on my progress and how I am feeling. They are very supportive with ensuring I have all the resources i need.
What i learn from my training provider can definitely be included in my job role. An example would be my presentational skills. We had sessions on how to correctly perform and create a presentation and i was able to use what i learned from this in my job role.
100%. I co-run our apprenticeship network which is our social committee for apprentices. It is open for any apprentices within the University. We also have regular HR forums which is a great way to speak with more senior members of staff.
