I am always dealing with customers whether it is booking them holidays or helping them amend something or even trying to get through to a third party booking, I also deal with phone calls on a daily basis, whether it is answering customers questions or booking them a holiday.

I have learnt a lot, I have more customer service experience and have built a lot of confidence doing bookings face to face and over the phone, It took me a while to answer the phone confidently however now I feel great helping people

I think Tui is a great company very popular worldwide and I think we attract a large amount of people who keep coming back because they trust us.
