  • My job rule consists of me dealing with face to face customer situations, foreign exchange with customers, and doing coursework towards my apprenticeship.

  • I have developed my computer skills, learned how to use better vocabulary when in a face to face customer situation, etc.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Throughout the last 19 months since I have started my programme, this has been very enjoyable as I have learnt more knowledge on countries and my geography has improved signifcantly

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Every month I have a monthly call with my assessor and we discuss my progress. When I first started we went through what would be included in my apprenticeship and how we are going to achieve the goal of completing this

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • If I have a question I am able to go to my manager and she is able to message our relevant team for us who are quick at replying, and if I need anything from my assessor regarding my apprenticeship I am able to message her confidently

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive as much support as possible, and I am able to complete my work in a quiet space to work towards my qualification.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Knowing I am able to have a work life balance of my coursework and day to day job I am able to perform better knowing I am organised and kept up to date from my trainer

  • Social activies such as facebook, our own personal internat, etc.

  • 9a. Would you recommend TUI UK & Ireland to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • They are able to offer flexible hours, flexible working base such as head office, retail or homeworking, they are able to offer a wellbeing programme with virtual GP sessions free of charge, etc.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
  • Do not be afraid to ask about flexible hours, and what day to day life is like in order to suit your personal needs, etc.
