My job rule consists of me dealing with face to face customer situations, foreign exchange with customers, and doing coursework towards my apprenticeship.
I have developed my computer skills, learned how to use better vocabulary when in a face to face customer situation, etc.
Throughout the last 19 months since I have started my programme, this has been very enjoyable as I have learnt more knowledge on countries and my geography has improved signifcantly
Every month I have a monthly call with my assessor and we discuss my progress. When I first started we went through what would be included in my apprenticeship and how we are going to achieve the goal of completing this
If I have a question I am able to go to my manager and she is able to message our relevant team for us who are quick at replying, and if I need anything from my assessor regarding my apprenticeship I am able to message her confidently
I receive as much support as possible, and I am able to complete my work in a quiet space to work towards my qualification.
Knowing I am able to have a work life balance of my coursework and day to day job I am able to perform better knowing I am organised and kept up to date from my trainer
Social activies such as facebook, our own personal internat, etc.
