I work alongside the senior project manager to set up and run funded innovation projects providing customers with new heating systems and lower carbon housing solutions
I have developed existing skills as well as learn new one's which I am able to utilise in my day to day role and help me develop
I am really enjoying learning new things and speaking to other people doing the course.
I am early on in the programme and have had a few hiccups but we have now overcome these and things are running a lot smoother now
Lots from my manager with regards to gaining experience and time out
Have catch up with them and can contact them whenever needed.
