I lead the indirect sales function within Middle Markets at EON. I have 6 direct reports who I manage day to day (Coaching, support, resource management, strategy planning etc) and responsable for approximately 40 colleagues with a budget of circa £30Million in MTP.
During he course of the prgramme (3 months) I ahve gaained a deeper understanding of our marketing function and what is required to create common value, I have learnt about best practice in terms of leadership approaches and how the organisation can improve its sustainablity efforts.
The programme is vey enjoyable, the cohort that I am part of is made up of people from multiple organisations (Public, private and 3rd Sector) which offers great insight into how they operate. The quality of the lectures and material is fantastic and the lecturers are excellant.
Very well organised and structured.
My employer provides excellant support in terms of time to manage te demands o the programme and also in terms of suport from my emploer mentor.
Theyare always contactable and will offer support when required, providing drop in cals prior to assignment delivery dates to give extra support where required.
It provides me with a deeper nsight into global issues and how best to lead through them, it also also provides a additional suport network to discuss my ongoing development.
My employer provides additional networks I can join to support my ongoing development.
