Collateral Management Analyst - OTC Derivative Client Facing. My daily duty is to recall collateral from our clients, where the exposure of our portfolio has swung in our favour. Client also call on us, so it is my job to also co-ordinate the delivery/return of collateral to the client.
I have, I have learnt better client management skills, better business etiquette. I have also learnt a role, coming from knowing nothing about investment banking.
