We serve customers face to face and over the phone to help with any queries they may have and book their memorable holidays. We get training days each week to enhance our knowledge and experience.
I have grown my confidence in regards to speaking to customers and I have learnt how to work well in a team with my colleagues
I enjoy the apprenticeship very much and enjoy learning about new things and putting that to use in my day to day with customers
The programme is structured well and I get a training day each week to focus on my apprentice work solely.
I receive a lot of support in how to better myself and improve in areas I am lacking, I make sure to take all of this onboard.
I receive a lot of support from my assessor and she is always there whenever i need help. She points me in the right direction for my work and helps me improve my work to a high standard
It really helps me perform better in my role as i learn new things all the time that i can use on a daily basis.
Every so often there will be a supplier night which we have the option of attending to help us improve our knowledge on different suppliers we sell. I always try to attend these to help with my apprenticeship
Yes
I would recommend this as I thoroughly enjoy learning about our company and what we have to offer. The work is interesting and it helps build your knowledge on what Tui as a company is like
My advice would be to do the apprenticeship if you can. You get a lot of training which is a huge benefit and you’ll leave with a qualification that can help in the future
