  • Coordinating the Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom Installations. Dealing with any issues that arise and help the rest of the store if required.

  • I have learnt a lot of product knowledge and many things in regards to the legal side of customer service which I was unaware of.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The tutor I had made me feel so comfortable and I was able to learn so much from her during the sessions and out of the sessions. She was there for support at all times which made me feel at ease. As I have a demanding job role, where Installations can go wrong and I need to take priority of, I didn't always have time to do the modules in preparation for the booked sessions wit the tutor. But she was always able to work around it.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I felt that it works well for any individual, no matter what way they work. The tutor has flexibility on what parts of the module can be done to suit the individual depending on what their priorities are for that week.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I received a lot of support from my employer. If I needed a couple of hours to do the module in preparation to a visit, I planed with the manager as to when I would have time in admin office where it was quiet and I'd have no disruptions

  • An immense amount of support. I couldn't fault it at all.

  • It has helped me to better understand the legal side of things in retail which will help me carry on with my pursuit of progressing in my career
