I am a Team Manager for our Swansea Contact Centre. My role includes managing a specialised team who service inbound customer calls and assisting our retail stores in managing and creating new bookings. I am currently involved in an Assisted Travel project looking after our Welfare customers.

My dad went into critical care which meant I was unable to attend my college day. The tutor and college have been very supportive, making sure I put my family first. They are always around for us to ask questions, even if it isn't our college day.
I am a new manager (July 2022) and I feel that the course has really helped me. I am able to provide feedback in a positive light following a day learning more about feedback. This helps my team feel motivated and support.

I have had a negative experience from my previous employer around my Sexual Orientation. I moved to TUI following this and have never been happier. Everyone at TUI is a big family and are very inclusive and people orientated.
Working for TUI is very rewarding and there are so many avenues to follow.
