In my role, I serve customers on a day to day basis and give the best service possible. We deal with money, insurance all using the correct data protection requirements to do this. I have regular meetings with my assessor and overall really enjoy my job
Yes i gave learnt many new skills including boosting my ow confidence in public and feeling more comfortable speaking to new customers. I didnt pass my maths GCSE so re took this and have finally passed and made this a skill in my everyday working by working out percentages of discounts and adding different amounts.
I really enjoy the program i am on, At the end of this program i will come out with an equivalent to 2 A levels. I enjoy everybody that i work with as they are all very supportive and have welcomed me in very nicely. My program is very relaxed at times but can sometimes be very full on.
My Programme is very well organised and structured in the way that i have very regular meetings with my Assessor and my manager to discuss any worries or questions i have. My Assessor doesnt overload me with work and sets small bits little and often and also sets me little tasks to improve my knowledge when asked. My programme is very organised and makes this a lot easier for myself to keep organised as i never feel i have and overload of work.
I receive great support from my employer and she does anything and everything to help me improve and we have regular meetings to discuss this. My Employer regularly helps me and guides me through anything i may struggle on and overall is very helpful. My employer supports me and gives me extra time when needed to catch up on my work an regularly helps me with this.
My training provided is very supportive and helpful all of the time and pushes me to work harder and gives me pointers to get closer to my qualifications. My Trainer is very helpful and supportive and is always there when i need help. She is in 5 days a week and all it takes is a message and she tries to help me the best she can. We always recap over what im working towards and how im getting on doing this which helps me push myself further to get this finished.
My qualification helps me massively throughout my role and helps me perform better by my training provider giving me the tips and advice. My training provider always asks if there is any positive feedback to give and is always very happy when i have lovely feedback to tell her. With all the Training providers and Employers support i very very confident in my role and perform better with the feedback given.
Not at the moment but may be more to come in the future
Yes
Because all the support you get is incredible and is a lovely community to get into. Tui is a lovely job and you meet so many people on a day to day basis. Tui has helped boost my confidence with social activities and has been encouraging to enjoy being in a work environment instead of college.
Work hard to achieve your goals and you can make it.
