  • On a day to day basis I am usually working through multiple of my weekly/monthly reports as well as completing system setups for parts going on to purchase orders as well as ammending setups and removing them for other parts.

  • Yes I have developed many skills and learnt many throughout the apprenticeship such as organization, communication, team work and many more.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my program very much as it gives me the ability to gain an understanding on a variety of areas and products within my organisation.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My organization is structured very well as their are roles that are tailored to certain areas and always someone of expertise if you need assistance.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Whenever I need support from my employer I am always provided it. Everyone at the organization wants to support you and help you succeed which is great.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I always receive support when reaching out to my training provider in any areas where I need assistance. If this means having a quick discussion or being shown a piece of supportive material.

  • I think all of my qualification links in with my role as I am always able to apply my learning to my daily job.

  • I believe there is but I have not been involved in any.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a flexible company that wants all it's employees to strive toweards being better. It is also a very safe and aware company who want to ensure they are doing the best they can for customers as well as employees.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cummins?
  • Ensure you show that you are good at working within teams and that you are able to take on new tasks and develop yourself.
