I feel as though the tutors have always been supportive and engaging. They have always helped me to acheive the best that I can and have allowed me to further my knowledge on topics that I enjoyed. I have been able to learn about aspects of Networks/Computers that I would not have done in my job role, but also develop important skills to help me be the best I can be.
It's very well organised, I have monthly one-on-one sessions with my tutor and weekly webinars organised by the training provider. We are always taught learning objectives so we know what to take away from the webinars. The tutors are always there if you need extra help, always booking extra one-on-one sessions to discuss topics, or setting aside time to run through preperation.
My employer is really supportive, I am always given the time I needed to complete my Apprenticeship work and attend webinars/meetings, even if these fall outside of my 'learning time'. They always check-in to see what I've learnt and how I can apply it to my role, and have encouraged me to share my learning with other employees when necessary. For example, sharing my knowledge of cybersecurity and threats that our business may receive, and how best to overcome these.
My tutor is always happy to help me with any queries and questions, providing one-on-one sessions, webinars and also exam/interview preperation. I am always encouraged to strive for my best, and to undertake extra learning when I can. I am also encouraged to ask questions when I am confused as this will further develop my learning on the subjects. Whenever I have had a query, they have always been happy to answer these.
It has allowed me to develop my skills further, as a lot of my job is communicating with others, which was a big part of my Apprenticeship. I've also been able to take skills and teach these to others, for example the Cybersecurity module. I feel as though I have been able to take the skills learnt, and have made large strives within my job role since starting my apprenticeship.
Since the launch of our online Social Intranet, we can now speak to other employees and create 'Spaces' to speak about topics of interest, for example we have a 'Travel' space, where we can discuss bucket list locations, talk about any tips we have. We also have monthly 'Bake Sales' in the head office, where we all bring baked goods to raise money for charity, this is done in a Bake Off style, with a different department judging each time. We are also encouraged to complete the 'Pedometer Challenge' in May, where we team up and walk every day in May.

My company has always been very supportive of me, allowing me to grow and learn throughout my time here, undertaking extra training/learning when I have wanted too. The atmosphere and employees are always friendly, and I never dread coming into work, like I have in previous jobs. Being in a place where you feel valued, rather than just a 'worker' is also a big bonus.
Be yourself and sell yourself. We are a fast-paced company due to our rapid expansion, so working well under pressure/deadlines is a must, as well as quickly adapting to new tasks/situations, as no day is ever the same. However, you will always have lots of support as we are a large 'Community' always willing to help others out.
