My role is an early years practitioner. This means that I work in a nursery/preschool and take care of children on a day to day basis
I have learnt/will learn about nappy changing, safeguarding and first aid training at the moment.
I enjoy my programme and my role a lot.
I think my apprentice programme is good and the way it is set up on paragon is good.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer and could ask for help and assistance if needed.
My training provider is very friendly and supportive of me while completing work and can email/message her for an additional help I could need.
I think the information I learn through my tutor and employer is very good and helpful
I don’t think there any activities at the moment.
