Manage a team, delegate tasks, liase with manager about changes we can make to better the store. List and pick stock.
I have developed commercial awareness, I have also covered other stores which has helped me to manage different teams of people.
Did not enjoy my apprenticeship, it is too generalised on retail in general and the majority does not apply to my company.
Well organised, has completion dates for each module, so lets you know if you are on track or falling behind.
My employer/manager has supported me with recording my off the job hours and creating a pdp. He very helpful as he too had been through the apprenticeship.
We have zoom calls every 4 weeks and in person meetings/reviews every 12 weeks
I don't think it does as it was a lot of information that I previously knew from my former duty manager role.

I have enjoyed my time working for the company and have progressed quickly.
It's not an easy job and you can't mess around.
