my role on a day today basis is to sell holidays to customers providing them an exceptional service and finding them their perfect dram holiday they've came into store for.
since being an apprentice here, i have learnt a lot of new things such as how to use different systems to how to deal with customers,
I enjoy my apprenticeship a lot as everyday i learn something new and speak to new people which helps me gain confidence .
my programme is very well structured, I'm always made aware of whats happening or whats planned for me .
I receive a lot of support from my employer, he is always there supporting me when need it
every month i have call for my training provider to set new work for me , she is always there to offer me support
it pushes me even more so i can reach my goal
