  • my role on a day today basis is to sell holidays to customers providing them an exceptional service and finding them their perfect dram holiday they've came into store for.

  • I enjoy my apprenticeship a lot as everyday i learn something new and speak to new people which helps me gain confidence .

  • my programme is very well structured, I'm always made aware of whats happening or whats planned for me .

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, he is always there supporting me when need it

  • every month i have call for my training provider to set new work for me , she is always there to offer me support
