Yes.
I enjoy this programme very much as I have always wanted to work in travel and this programme has allowed me to start off in a good place.
It is very well organised, everything is easy access, laid out so I understand and explained when need be.
I receive a lot of support from my shop manager, all my colleagues, my apprenticeship coach and the regional manager! The support network is amazing.
My apprentice coach is great at talking me through things and explaining things so that I understand clearly and can use to my advantage.
It helps me to perform better as I can know what to say, do and know to exceed in my job and make sure everything is done the way it should be and to a high standard.
There are sometimes events e.g hotel brand training, Disney events etc that take place.

They are an amazing company who care about their staff and customers. The support network from colleagues is amazing and from day 1 you feel part of a very tight team. Everyone is so friendly which makes me enjoy the job even more.
100% go for it! You will not regret it. They are the best company to work for in the travel retail industry.
