Preparing SFS, tax returns, management accounts and other key accounting documents for our clients. Working on new technology and developing my understanding of the role of an accountant

I've learned how to communicate with clients a lot more effectively. I've also learned how to use excel and other accounting softwares

I thoroughly enjoy the programme, it is challenging and interesting to me

Very well organised, I have the independence to work through problems but help is always on hand if I am struggling

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification helps me to understand why what we do makes sense- for example in the accounting exam, a lot of the methods underpin what we do on a day to day basis

A lot of social activities (floor 7) and inter-team networking events

Great place to work, really friendly and has a lot of team spirit

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?

Be yourself- the interviewer wants to see how you would work well within a team- on speaking to my interviewer, she was really looking at whether or not she'd want to work with me. It's not all about knowing the absolute most!
