I work on a service desk and work with both IT and Telecoms
I came to the apprenticeship with no knowledge regarding IT and Telecoms. All the skills i know have been learnt on the job
I enjoy it very much, I am given freedom and the length for hand in is more reasonable to work alongside a fulltime job
My programme is very well organised as i am given all the time i need to complete my assignments and given a day to solely focus on my work
I receive a lot of support from my mentor and employer. I am given all the time i need to complete tasks and assignements.
I have two calls per assignment as i want to make sure that i am working towards my best goal
My qualification helps somewhat in my job role. It is a good way to document what i have learnt
