Alot of new skills have been learnt that have lead to a promotion in my role.

The structure has been good throughout, and maintained through the pandemic.
It is a greatly supported apprenticeship programme.
The university is great, with lecturers at hand at all times.
The apprenticeship programme is tailored to suit your organisation, and allows you to learn in the role and have examples at hand for the theory taught.
