Quite well organised
A lot of support from my line manager and peers Sometimes feel as though support from programme leads isn’t the best as they are often very busy
Support isn’t great but my apprenticeship advisor is really helpful when the academics arent
Specific modules are very unrelated to my day to day role. There are small sections of modules that can be applied but in general I learn the most related to my role from my employer
I lead an employee resource group for early talent. Involves putting on cross functional skills development sessions and professional networking socials. I was part of a team of apprentices to make a social society.
