I am a Service Support Assistant who helps and gives support to other members of staff such as Social Workers, Personal Advisors and Family Practitioners. I deal with email requests daily, some of these include creating family trees, booking meeting rooms, typing up notes and uploading work to a child's record on our system that we use.

In my job, I feel safe and secure. I think that DCC is a good company to work for as they have a wide range of jobs and lots of opportunities to improve on your learning and go higher in your job role. DCC contribute very well into my own pension which is also a bonus for when I am at retirement age.
Just to be yourself. The thought of having an interview for such a big organisation scared me, however once I completed my interview, I realised it was not as bad as I thought. I would definitely advise people to apply for a job within DCC due to there being so many different opportunities included.
