yes - i have learned a great deal of information around corporate leadership, including strategy, ethics, organisational management etc
i enjoy the opportunity to grow as a professional and learn concepts that extend beyond my organisation. i appreciate the opportunity to get a degree without sacrificing/ postponing my existing career
on the whole it has been good but there have been elements that could have been better organised.

it grants new, better perspectives and the apprenticeship model is great as it allows you to put concepts into practice immediately in a live organisation - this helps to better understand the theories in general - but the best element is it enables you to better understand what works (and doesn't work!) for you as a professional

it is a great place to develop professionally - lots of mobility to progress and explore roles and professions (such as engineering, project management, leadership, operations, etc)
be proactive with your personal development and explore as much of the business as you can - it is a huge organisation and there is so much to learn
